            The vehicle I found on the Alan Tully website looked good on the computer screen and was even better when I drove up to see it at first hand. I received a fair price for my exchanged vehicle and the staff were always polite, fair and helpful. A couple of minor niggles have been sorted online and via message apps with me being recompensed for a minor expense. I would buy from Alan Tully Cars again.

                      Traded my X5 in for a Ford Ranger last week. Andy handled the sale brilliantly. Kept us informed and wasn’t at all pushy. He helped to tax and sort the new car when we picked it up. Up to now the new car is great. No issues at all but I’m confident if there were to be any the garage would be quick to sort things out. Great experience. Would highly recommend.

                                            After looking for a long while for a new truck I liked one Alan Tully cars had for sale. Good reviews matter especially as I’m a woman & the whole car sales business is a bit intimidating. I was impressed with the repeat customer testimonials & comprehensive walk around videos. I travelled via train from Northumberland after speaking on the phone & completing initial paperwork & a deposit. The deposit is non refundable unless something terrible is discovered on viewing & not as described. I was picked up from the station at Nottingham & driven to the showroom which is a short drive away. Friendly, professional staff, tidy showroom with impressive stock & busy with potential customers which is a good sign. The presentation of the vehicle was impressive, the best valet I have seen. I test drove the truck & went ahead with the purchase & drove back home with twelve months MOT ( no advisories) a service & three month warranty that if required will be honoured by the company with the use of a mechanic local to me as I live so far away. The V5 arrived within a week.

                                                  First time for many years that buying a car was a pleasurable experience . From start to finish the whole experience at Alan Tully Cars in Colwick, Nottinghamshire was a delight. My wife and I looked round a showroom, easily found on a small industrial estate on Little Tennis Street in Colwick, where there were around 50 gleaming and beautifully presented vehicles. The showroom was immaculate, and staffed by extremely helpful people. After seeing a particular vehicle online we went to view it at the showroom, had a test drive and agreed to buy it. Joe Tully dealt with the transaction in a very professional and charming manner. Very factual, clear and most importantly, with integrity, not something we usually experience at most car dealerships. No pushy sales tactics, in fact completely the opposite. Joe was happy to let the vehicles speak for themselves, which they did in spades. We were spoilt for choice but decided upon the one we liked the look of online being the one we went to view.
                                                  Picking up the vehicle a week later we found it had been serviced, checked and cleaned, all of which was probably not absolutely necessary but again a welcome change from some dealerships.

                                                      Amazing choice of high end cars & vans. Had the perfect van for us, competitive price, very low mileage and in first class condition. Sales guys were great, really helpful and not pushy. Van was serviced & MOT’d before collection. Part-Ex was easy and offered a fair price. Sales process was easy and quick. Can’t comment on after sales yet as too early so fingers crossed if we need it that they don’t let us down. Would recommend 👍

                                                                  The service we received from Alan Tully Cars, was second to none. From the onset, it was evident that they respected their customers, along with their needs and many questions. The vehicles history was completely covered and would come with a full MOT and any advisories done. For this very reason, I was happy to pay the deposit there and then. Even after returning home from the viewing, we remembered things that we needed to ask and nothing was too much trouble.
                                                                  We are now the proud owners, of a new to us SUV.

                                                                    The dealer has a great selection of really well prepared 4x4s and pick ups. Mine came with a new MOT and a full service with all advisories rectified. The sales staff were really good (not pushy) with good product knowledge. As I had travelled a long way to see the vehicle they also delivered it at no extra charge. Cant fault them.

                                                                                            Myself and my husband went to view a car for our son, I don’t normally leave a review but on this occasion felt I had to. I am the first to admit car salesman are normally to pushy for me and even if I love the car will walk out so with trepidation I went along to view the car. My husband engaged immediately in conversation while I waited for the inevitable sales pitch!! But surprise surprise it was lovely the salesman handed the keys over and said to find him if we needed help, how refreshing, we decided we would buy and approached the guy again, we were offered a test drive immediately no booking ahead, again refreshing, we then returned entered the office to discuss finances again I waited for the high pressure pitch but nothing angina refreshing, we had the most pleasant conversation about all sorts with the most genuine guys I have had the pleasure in meeting. A week later we returned with our son to collect, another great meet, assured us that if we needed anything they were here to help.
                                                                                            What is usually the worst experience for me was superb, the car is immaculate and we have one very happy son, and as an anti car sales female I would not hesitate in returning to buy again. genuine guys who see you and speak to you as a couple or family not just a sale!! Do not hesitate to visit and buy from a family oriented car salesman. My only issue is that the husband saw so many cars for him that he wanted even though we were not shopping for him it may be costly!!

                                                                                                It was quite the journey down to Tulley's from the Lake District but well worth the effort for the right deal. The car was extremely keenly priced for such a well spec'd vehicle and was presented impeccably. Despite being a 2017 model, this really did look like a new car, a credit to their valleting process & attention to detail. Full piece of mind from a full service & MOT and plenty of documentation always give you a good feeling about a company and the guys themselves were very accomodating and genuine, making the whole process a pleasure. We currently have 2 cars & a camper van but their range and quality of vehicles at the site, certainly has me thinking I'll be looking here first, next time we need a change or addition.
