As I haven't heard directly from you in sometime I thought it would be best that I respond to your feedback. Firstly I would like to apologise that there has been a problem with your vehicle. We try our utmost to ensure that all of our vehicles are prepared as thoroughly as possible however cars being mechanical in their nature, they do go wrong from time to time. It's to my understanding we replaced a NoX sensor for you on the 22nd of February, however we haven't seen the vehicle since. I understand it may well be outside of our standard warranty time frame, however please get into contact so we can get the vehicle booked in and looked at for you.
