    Positive first visit.
    From the receptionists to the dental nurses and the dentist herself, all were kind, considerate and professional. I had a few issues that needed sorting out from a previous dentist and Catherine explained exactly what needed doing, solved one issue on the spot and I am booked in for the extraction I need. I can be very nervous but felt completely at ease and not rushed. So pleased I am now with this practice. Thank you.

          Implant placement
          I am very pleased with the implant placed by Ashley. Everything was explained clearly at every stage and Ashley clearly aims for a perfect result. My first implant crown was returned to the lab as it did not quite meet Ashley's standards. I am more than happy with the service and professionalism of everyone at the surgery and would be happy to recommend them to anyone considering an implant. Thank you to everyone concerned.

            Great Family Friendly Dentist
            I have been a patient for 10 years now, and Ashley and the team are absolutely fantastic.

            The practice is super clean, the staff are knowledgeable and friendly.

            The reception staff always go above and beyond to get you an appointment that suits your timetable.

            The hygienists always take their time and make sure you are very comfortable.

            Ashley is a great dentist and ensures the treatment for you is the best one available.

                          Following my first visit to the surgery today the staff were very welcoming and really friendly. I had an initial assessment and the dentist explained all treatments going forward in layman’s terms. My first procedure is booked in for tomorrow and I aim to complete the plan.

                            A good experience as usual but if my appointment is going to delayed it would be nice to be given this info on arrival.
                            Find I am just sitting there waiting for my name to be called “whenever”. I often have somewhere to go after my appointment and sit “clock watching”. Yesterday it was approx 20 minutes ( thank goodness for Hello magazines ! )

It is a no frills practice but if I could suggest any improvement it would be to perhaps offer a little more of a warm welcome on arrival.

                                      I’ve been seeing Ashley for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. He takes time to listen to my concerns and always explains options clearly. I never feel rushed or pushed into having treatment. At 55 years old I’m proud of my smile thanks to Ashley and his team. I also see Vanessa for regular hygiene appointments again she makes it a pleasure to go to the dentists!

                                            I have found Dr Davenport and his team very polite , friendly and they immediately put you at ease. This was important to me as I am terrified of going to the Dentist.
                                            Dr Davenport has treated me with respect and empathy regarding my treatment with him . I would recommend anyone to go to the Practice. I have remained as a patient despite the fact that I live in Kenilworth.

                                              I was welcomed warmly as a new patient. I was feeling quite anxious, but was soon put at ease. The staff at reception were efficient, kind & attentive.

                                              My dentists were also warm & welcoming, making me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. Even though my appointment was a last minute emergency one, there was no sense of hurry, which also helped to ease my nerves. During the examination & treatment Catherine took the time to gently explain, ensuring I understood each step of the process. Their expertise & professionalism were evident. I was pleasantly surprised to have had an entirely comfortable, pain free experience. I left feeling confident & comforted in the care I received.

                                              I highly recommend the practice, & specifically Dr Catherine Myatt to anyone seeking a dentist who prioritises patient comfort and provides exceptional care. Thank you so much.

                                              In case it’s helpful for anyone to know, I’m Autistic with ADHD & sensory processing disorder, so a visit to the dentist isn’t an insignificant event. I did disclose my conditions on the medical form but didn’t verbally tell anyone. I didn’t expect to leave feeling as though I’d quite look forward to the next appointment. I would absolute recommend the practice as neurodivergent friendly.

                                                                                After too many years without treatment I have had three teeth removed and a major filling. This is stage 1 as the next stage is to consider implants etc. the work to date has been well done including a very detailed initial examination and X-rays. I had some discomfort after the second extraction but all good now. I have also had hygienist work done

                                                                                            I went to have an implant consultation as I have a slightly loose molar. Dr Davenport was extremely thorough and gave me very encouraging feedback about my tooth and gums. He did not believe that I would lose the tooth for a very long time - if at all! He was extremely good at explaining everything and answered all my questions in detail. I felt no pressure to have any immediate treatment and am seriously considering joining his practice.

I am a very anxious patient but I know from the minute I arrive Kathy on reception will put me at ease. I saw Vanessa the hygienist who was extremely patient, calm and reassuring.
                                                                                                    Then my check up with Ashley was as always very thorough but again he is always very kind and calm as I find the experience quite challenging!
                                                                                                    I have absolute trust in Ashley having been one of his patients for 20+ years. If you have dental anxiety then I cannot recommend Ashley and his team highly enough.
