Top Class - Hidden Gem
Bespoke Motors was a hidden Gem! From my 1st enquiry with Chris he provided nothing but top class customer service. Nothing was too much trouble. My first BMW purchase and the car was immaculate inside and out, I've never been so impressed when buying a car before. Chris took time to go through all the controls etc nothing was rushed. Top class service and top class car!!!

Couldn't have been smoother

Great Purchase Experience.
I don't normally give reviews but this is an exception.
Bespoke Motor Works had a car that met my selection criteria, but being a (unknown to me) small company I had reservations about the companies ethics. However as the car spec was quite rare and the location was comparatively local, I called to arrange a viewing. Arriving on site, my wife & myself were met by Chris, who was expecting us and offered coffee, further car wash to inspect the vehicle and an unaccompanied test drive. The car looked and drove spot-on. Chris gave us no sales pressure at all but the car was right and ultimately, I declared "I want to buy this car." The rest of the process went perfectly and I collected the car a week later.
Everyone we spoke to on site, the cleaner, car delivery guy and Partner Dan all seemed polite genuine people.
It was a lovely car buying experience!

We were attracted to Bespoke Motor Works because of the great reviews they had received and the high spec of the cars they were selling. We weren't disappointed with anything! Jake got back to me within a few mins of me registering my interest and that set the tone for the level of service we received. The guys love the cars they are selling and the care and attention they put into their cars really comes across in their passion and the standard of car that you receive. We are absolutely loving everything about our new car and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bespoke Motor Works to anyone who is looking to purchase a beautiful car at a reasonable price but with a premium level of service!

Absolutely Amazing Team!
I couldn’t have wished for a better experience with the team at Bespoke motors. Russ, Dan, Jake and Clare couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming and they gave me invaluable advice as I tried to decide which car would be the best fit for me. I’ve had experiences previously where I’ve felt as though salespeople are perhaps pushing for me to buy a car because it’s more expensive and therefore makes them more money but I knew from the minute I went to Bespoke, that their one goal is for their customers to leave happy and comfortable with their chosen car, and the price tag doesn’t even come into question.

At every step of the way, the whole team showed an elite level of care by doing the simple things right. Whether that be making a coffee for me whilst we were chatting things through, taking me out for a 5 minute test drive just to get a feel for the car or giving me a bottle of fizz to say thank you (I’m still sure this should have been the other way around!)

I can’t recommend Bespoke highly enough, if you want your experience of buying a new car to have a family feel, then please run (don’t walk!) to Bespoke. Finally, I just wanted to say a MASSIVE THANK YOU to Russ, Dan, Jake, Clare and the team, your help along the way was so incredibly appreciated and I will be forever grateful!!

Collected my 330d M Sport touring last week and can’t fault the communication and experience with buying from Bespoke. Both Russell and Jake were a delightful mix of professionalism and friendly approach. Great experience buying from Bespoke
Really good communication with Dan. He was upfront and honest with the value of my Part Ex. My new car was immaculately prepared for my collection. Dan was busy with another handover when I arrived so Jake did my handover very professional and helpful. I had a private plate to transfer and this was all dealt with by Bespoke so nothing for me to worry about. Would definitely do business with them again as they are selective in picking the best cars for stock.

Trustworthy and so helpful!
I’d not bought a new car in 11years and didn’t really know what I wanted. I had a budget in mind and Dan found me 3 options within budget in just a matter of days.

I’m indecisive when spending a lot of money and Dan was so patient with me helped me weigh up the options.

Came out with a fab Audi A1 and really happy with it!

Wouldn’t use another car dealer ! My husband and father-in-law have sourced multiple cars from Bespoke Motor Works and always had fantastic service!

Purchased my Range Rover recently. I have to give a shout out to Jake who helped me from start to finish. 4 hour drive worth it .
Even after collecting the car Jake has been really helpful with questions about how things work on the vehicle etc.

We specialise in sourcing cars from our vast network, as well as selling our own stock. Collectively, we have over four decades worth of experience within the sports, luxury and prestige motor trade and pride ourselves on our knowledge of cars.
Description	Russell Jackson and Daniel King, the owners and directors of Bespoke Motor Works Ltd, created our business over four years ago after spending over 20 years at Cooper BMW Teesside and Durham collectively. Although our passion for cars remained the same, we were becoming increasingly disillusioned working within a national corporation. One of the main aspects of our business which we are especially proud of is the way we are directly involved with every customer. We have many repeat customers- some on their seventh and eighth cars from us- due to our friendly, hassle-free approach and our knowledge of what car is best to suit your needs. As our reputation here at Bespoke grew bigger, so did our staff. We have added two full time Sales Executives, Jake Kenvyn and Matthew Jevons, to our team. They bring their expertise in product knowledge, advertising and a customer-lead approach to selling and themselves have acquired repeat business through the same clients. We appreciate that buying a car can often be a long and stressful process but we aim to make it smooth and enjoyable and offer a pressure-free approach to selling. Ultimately, it has to be right for the customer. Many motorists have complained that the main dealers have lost touch with their customers- the most important people within the motor trade- whereas we ensure the customer is number one priority at all times.
