second mile
From beginning to end this has been probably the best car buying experience I have ever had. Buying a car is a huge financial outlay and a risk. Blueauto took all the stress out of that experience. The staff were attentive and interested, most importantly Ben went the second mile. When the prep of the car showed up that the tyres were not worn but old the replaced all four at his expense. Keeping a promise on price even when it costs you is to me the highest sign of integrity. A very satisfied customer who loved the buying experience and loves his new car!

The car was almost immaculate. Few dents and marks here and there when we went to see it. It was clean and ready to test drive. The salesman at the dealership who took care of us is Ben Rees-Webbe. He was amazing. Great energy, helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. Communication was consistent. Listing very accurate. We agreed that they would take care of the dents and marks internally as much as they could. We collected the car yesterday and it looked great. Also full history, extra warranty available for peace of mind and we got 18 months, even Ceramic protection for exteriors and interiors for a fee. Fab experience, takes the stress out of looking to buy a good second hand car. Thank you Bluauto, thank you Ben, will definitely sing your praises. Dan&Fran

The first time I had bought a car in 14 years. VICTOR, The sales Executive, took me through the experience with ease and patience. Bravo !! VICTOR. The staff are extremely well trained in the job.
My previous car was 23 years old . I am finding all the new gizmos rather baffling and the instruction manual totally incomprehensibly. HELP!!!!!

The experience of purchase was very good. I haven't bought a car for fourteen years and Victor made the experience very smooth.

I find all the technology rather difficult to understand. The hand book completely baffling.

I really could do with some instruction from an expert. Oh! The car is lovely and a pleasure to drive.

Amazing experience
I purchased a car from Ben (the young one or the small one I can’t remember which word he used 😂). My buying experience with Bluauto could not have been better. I am not local so made arrangements on Monday and viewed the car and drove it away on the Wednesday including a part exchange. Firstly a huge thank you to the Maresfield branch for an excellent Major Service on my Mini today. Also an added bonus of a clean car.
They came highly recommended by a friend and also were the best value for money on a comparison site.
Secondly another huge thank you to the Ringles branch for arranging delivery and collection of my car making life a whole lot easier for me.
I did love the bonus of a free Leather Mini key ring which is brilliant so thank you to you.
I highly recommend this company for services. Am currently arranging a service plan which will help with costs of MOT and service for the next 3 years as we all know how expensive these things are.

I initially went to look at a Skoda estate car but with mobility issues decided that a saloon or estate car were no longer a viable option for me.
