Owner Thank you for your review Stuart, I am going to tell our side of the story now. I would like to start of by saying yes there was an issue when you collected your car, you called us we rectified this issue, we collected it and dropped it back. Its was the clutch plate, we did advise you to pop it to a local garage however as per your review your garage could not carry out the work, my tech said he could do the job and he did, there was no issues with your starter motor at this point, your partner then called me Thursday just gone to advise of the starter motor, which your partner has quoted, I am awaiting on approval from my warranty team to use your local garage. When your partner called me, I heard such awful language from yourself and not only that you call my team sexist, I am a women myself. You have only dealt with me. I would in the greatest of respect take a look at how you treat people. Your car is under warranty we covered the clutch plate and we are going to cover the starter motor, we just need to get it authorised at your garage. I refuse to get into an argument, I am simply replying to your review on our side of the story, cars do go wrong, however we do the right thing and always stand on them. I will in contact with your partner on this.
