    Went to see this mercedes gle last week,after seeing online,bit of a drive for us has comming from leeds .Rang to let them know we were comming to look at the car.Just want to say Elliott who we spoke to on the phone said it will be ready and prepped for us to see Elliott who met us on arrival professional ,welcoming and knowledgeable showed us to the car left us to look around it ,let us take it on test drive on our own answered all our questions about the car and it's history,viewed our car gave us a good price, deal was done left hour later very happy with our new car. Just want to say what excellent customer service what a credit to the garage Thank you.

      I was looking for a Mini Countryman for my wife. Found a lovely car for sale on Autotrader at HMC. Called and spoke to Elliott who was professional & attentive.           I went to look at a car zero hassle given keys and money to fuel it and let to go free and test drive the car zero pressure to buy anything zero pressure to use their finance all the staff were friendly and attentive van was a lovely bloke I couldn't if had an easier purchasing experience no pressure to pick the car up while I awaited my bank finance would definitely buy from here again.                     Elliott and Van were so easy to deal with,I went in Tuesday to price up a Kia Sportage on the forecourt which was out of my budget but saw a lovely nissan qashqai,I asked Elliott what deal he could do on it for me,Van joined the conversation and we agreed a deal and I was happy with the px offer.Today I picked the car up again Elliott and Van couldn't do enough sorting out tax and log book so nothing more to do than enjoy the car. Low mileage car great deal and great service what more could you want.Thanks lads

                        My purchase of my Kia sportage was handled efficiently by all staff concerned ,initially Danny who promised the vehicle would be delivered to my home town of Redcar allowing my partner and i to test drive .Even though we had nearly purchased another vehicle from another garage ,i was so happy that the owner phoned and said the vehicle was parked at his home for a test drive ! I thanked him for the great service and after the test dive ,we decided to change our minds and buy the sportage . Van serviced the vehicle and mot was provided .Danny done a great job of valeting and we were good to go. Left the review to now ,allowing time for any problem or issue with the vehicle .None what so ever ! Arrived on the day at the train station where Van was there to pick us up and take us to site. Had a test drive and the car was as perfect as described.                                                 Van was good to deal with, he communicated really well and is open and straightforward, I was impressed by the quality of the cars on offer, in particular the Land Rover that I was interested in, and we quickly came to agree the deal. The car was prepared really well, and Van arranged for some additional preparation work on two of the wheel rims at my request. The team I spoke to were friendly, both on the phone and upon collection. I have no hesitation in recommending Van and his business.

                                                  Great experience dealing with Van, spoke on the phone loads and messaged tons, and all in that I was never pressured into anything, guy is good as his word, Spoke to one of the other boys ,Dan I think the guy was called, and when he took a message, Van called right back as soon as he was back in the office, before I made my mind up about the car I received a picture of some minor damage that had happened during high winds, so no underhand tricks, straight up guy, highly recommend giving him a look when your thinking of a car 👍

                                                      Where to start? Van and his team made what can be a stressful process simple and easy. From making sure the car I bought was absolutely spotless for when I picked it up to the smaller details like simply explaining what I needed to do on my end when part exchanging my old car. They made sure the car had a recent MOT and had also just been serviced before I got it and got out any minor scratches that the previous owner had left. I mainly dealt with Van however the whole team were all friendly and trustworthy. 5* across all departments from myself, I would 100% recommend.

                                                        Van, the owner was very helpful and straight forward, an approach I wish more salesmen would employ, he was reasonable when I made an offer and deal was done in minutes!. The car was delivered at a convenient time for both parties and was at a perfectly reasonable rate. I noticed a very small dent that had not been seen by themselves( i didn't view the car before I bought it). Van was happy for me to have it fixed, paid for it and apologised for it being there in the first place. Great guy and would happily do business with him again.
