Avoid avoid avoid
Bought a car from them with fresh MOT. Antiroll bars broken, mastic on dpf flange connected with Flexi pipe, windscreen wipers done, car was damaged at front so AC was broken(licking)with no gas, engine tray broken. A vehicle should not pass a mot test at all. I've done all them thinks because I like a car however that was my first and the last purchase from that place. If you think to buy anything from them I would say go fo MOT test next day to completely independent garage....I will raport it to abdusman as well.No no no

Long Distance Purchase
Having recently purchased an X-Type Jaguar from Monarch without seeing the car.
When it arrived by transporter to my home in Devon my initial reaction was one of delight with the car exceeding my expections.
My thanks to Matt for answering all my questions and getting the car through it's MOT without advisories. Bying a car without seeing and trying it is a risk that totally 'paid off'
The delivery driver was very friendly and helpfull fully explaining all handover details.

I recently purchased a Mazda 3 from Monarch Car Sales and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. The car was very competitively priced compared to similar models on the market, which immediately caught my attention.

I’ve been driving it for three weeks now and haven’t experienced any issues at all, it’s been running perfectly.

The team at Monarch Car Sales were very flexible and accommodating. I called them first thing in the morning when they opened, and within just two hours the car was ready for viewing and a test drive, which I really appreciated.

When I first saw the car, there was a small scratch, but they took care of it before collection at no extra cost. That level of service definitely deserves recognition.

Finance options were also available, which was a big help for me. The team made the process straightforward and were very supportive in getting everything set up quickly.

Overall, I’m very happy with both the car and the service. I would happily recommend Monarch Car Sales to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle and a hassle-free buying experience.

I purchased a car from Monarch Car Sales that was advertised on Auto Trader as having a full service history. Based on this, I made the purchase in good faith, trusting the information provided.

However, when I later took the vehicle in for a service, I was shocked to discover that no service history existed. This was incredibly disappointing, as the service history was a key factor in my decision to buy the car. I feel misled by the advertisement and let down by the lack of transparency.

The service history we do have for our vehicles is always left on the passenger seat and available to view prior to you making a decision to purchase the vehicle, the sales staff are also on hand to answer any questions about service history or the car in general.

Very happy with my car, possibly the best car I've had in 50 years of car ownership
Found this very low mileage gem, via the net, went to see it at Monarch on a Sunday afternoon and bought it. Matt allowed me to, view the car, in my own time, answered all my questions, took it up the road for a test drive, and the deal was done. (My part ex allowance was almost 20% higher than a competitor had offered) So if you are thinking of going to Monarch, hesitate no longer!
