Very Good all round experience
Viewed vehicle online which was competitively priced, paid deposit to hold for a couple of days. On the day of viewing dealt with Feds who was really helpful and friendly. No pressure to buy from start, I was encouraged to look around the vehicle unaccompanied for as long as required. Small issues were dealt with prior to collection with no fuss!
I must say Feds was very helpful with any queries I had whilst making the decision to purchase. On the day of handover was valeted, looked great and was dealt with by Ash who was very helpful and professional as was Feds.
All round good experience refreshing change from some dealers couldn't fault them.

Having searched the internet for a replacement for my current car I found a car that fit my requirments the sales process was carried out by Ashley Johnson, he took me through the process making sure that the car was what i wanted did a walk around video with full discription of vehicle once I was happy he arranged delivery and followed up when car was delivered cars are not things you buy every day but I would be very happy to reccomend Parkland Motors and Ash as a 5 Star service

Worst experience of my life
Got a car deliverd payed 200 pound for delivery car came wouldent even start the battery was nakerd needed new 1 came with all stuff missing wasent advitised or made aware of till it came and I checked I had to sort out the fallout cause they wasent botherd as I lived to far away and they Dident no any company’s near me then asked me to go to Halfords for new battery the call out guy plugged it in and came up with 24 errors. Sent car back. Next day then left 5 weeks with no car and to be told wasent getting delivery fee back but inthe end after asking for 4 weeks recived it don’t bother trying to get I touch with these there a nightmare avoid at all cost

spent a week looking around for a second car came across Parkland Motors in Costock
they had what we wanted after a short test drive we purchased a BMW GT
got it home without any problems ride was what I would expect from this motor now just need to sent everything up inside the car to suit my position for driving
it was a pleasure dealing with the guys in the sales went through everything at least twice to ensure that we understood what we were getting looking forward to enjoyable motoring with this BMW as much as we did with the trade in

Very happy with the car and service. I would recommend to anyone. The warranty leaves a lot to be desired tho. £40 ph labour Max payout if you were to need it. Maybe in the 1960’s but VW now £150 ph

Easy buying experience.
Bought a nice little Mini as a Christmas present.
When I turned up at the dealership to view the car it was wearing a price ticket £1000 more than in the Auto Trader advert. 😳 I went a head and inspected the car anyway.
When I went back into the showroom I asked the salesman if he could bring up the Auto Trader advert. It showed the lower price. Now some salesmen might have reacted differently when this was pointed out but Jason was dead straight. He simply pointed out that the car was originally for sale at the higher price. But he did say I could pay the extra £1000 if I really wanted to 🤣.
The car was checked , MOT’d and ready for pick up 2 days later. 👍🚘
On the downside, watch the step between reception and the showroom. It’s not very obvious and a bit of a trip hazard! ⚠️

Great car, great service
Found the car via auto Trader and put in an offer. Got a call back from Fedz within 15 minutes. He helped with information and filmed a walk round for me. The car arrived the same day and was as good as expected. All in all a very good first experience of buying a car on-line for me.

Jason (Jay) was fantastic in communicating with me prior to coming down to Loughborough to view (and buy) the car. Answered any questions I had and reassured me that himself and his dealership were happy with the finance company I had chosen to secure the sale of the car with and was happy with their procedure of transferring the funds once I had viewed the car and was happy with it. Jason even arranged for their operations manager to pick me up from the train station and drive me to the dealership (which was very welcome after a 3 train trip down from Glasgow at 5:45am! 😃). Very happy with the car, 8 months MOT and 3 months warranty, excellent service! My only small issue was that there was no floor mats with the car, apart from that I was extremely happy!

Fantastic service

Great customer service
Very friendly customer service. We were allowed to wander around and look at cars without feeling pressured, we were left to inspect open cars at our own pace and were able to go on a test drive straight away. Purchase was very swift without hiccups and after sales service is accessable and quick to sort out a minor issue.
