Disappointing Car Purchase
Part exchanged my existing vehicle for an Ecosport Titanium automatic on 28th August. Six days later it completely failed to start. Car was taken back by RMG who provided me with an inappropriate manual courtesy car. It the took two weeks to diagnose and fix 2 drains on the battery however it was still losing power and this fault could not be corrected. Cancelled the sale but company offered to source me a similar alternative car. After a further 2 weeks they were unable to provide a suitable vehicle. I managed to locate a car at a garage in Shoeburyness which they purchased on my behalf. Finally collected this car on 6th October some six weeks after the original purchase, which had a broken rear seat belt anchorage. This has been replaced but no restitution received from RMG for the faulty car and the time and expenses incurred to finally secure a replacement car. Overall disappointed with the after sales service.

I have had more than my fair share of rubbish cars which has made me wary of car sales. I went to RMG after being told to by Chat GPT 😁 with my want list. I am so impressed by their ethic, I was shown a car considerably less than my budget as it ticked the boxes; they could easily have upsold me.

Visited RMG Billericay on Saturday 31st May. Met Callum who I had been communicating with. he was very friendly and helpful and let my wife and I view the 71 plate Kia Sportage at our own leisure - and then let us take it for a test drive at our own convenience.
When we returned we sat down and discussed details - there was not pressure to buy, just discussion of what we were expecting and what RMG could provide.
Overall the experience was excellent and we did purchase the vehicle - it is being delivered to my house this Saturday 7th June.

We turned up to look at a Ford kuga for my dad for his 50th birthday when we turned up someone came out and greatted me and my mum then they ask if we would like to go on a test drive. I started the car up no nosies came from the engine when drive the car I felt comfortable. But I would highly recommend you have a look at what they have on their website

Great first time experience please read
I read some reviews and most were good, but there was one that had a negative undertone from a lady who said about Adam . And when I received a call from RMG about my van it was Adam who dealt with me, and I thought oh dear 😂.

But if I’m being completely honest this is my first time buying a van and from the beginning, I was well informed. Told when the van would be ready, fresh MOT done within days, I was able to collect it way earlier than expected due to the efficiency of Adam and RMG motors. They even offered to do a service on it if I wanted something changed, which at the time I didn’t.

When I went to collect the van Adam was very informative and explained everything to me and even helped me fill in the application as it was my first time. Filled up my van with coolant and brought it out for me to drive instantly. All within five minutes of me arriving.

Also, if something goes wrong with the van you are covered by a 6 month warranty and also free AA breakdown cover which is a great bonus. And a great thing that RMG motors offers. Some playing only do 3 months warranty. Something flashed up on my van I called Adam, I took it to the garage and Adam and RMG paid immediately once discovering the fault. Also covering all the fees. Some people may like to a skid you when selling the car, but these guys know your calling about something which they may have to pay for and they will do everything they can to help you.

So thank you to Adam and RMG because you made this an enjoyable and trust worthy/building experience and if I ever require new wheels you’ll be the first place I look. I extremely recommend Adam and RMG motors
