Well Run, Friendly & Professional
A well run dealership with friendly & professional staff. I went with my husband to test drive a Subaru Forester. We dealt with Luke, who was superb! The car was very well presented, we were impressed with the test drive, negotiated a good deal with no hassle or pressure & purchased the car. A very pleasant experience & so much better than the other dealers we had visited!

Only Popped in for an MOT!
I had an MOT booked in, opted to sit and wait, only an hour and the coffee is OK (& Biscuits, good choice too!) Whilst sat there, had finished my mail catch up, so wandered into the showroom and got talking to a nice chap called Paul, we were going through the BMW stock. Quite liked one of the cars, so Paul arranged a test drive for me. One week later, they have taken my old car and settled the finance, set-up a new finance and I'm driving my new car as of yesterday!
I'm very impressed, the ease of the whole process, and knowledge of the staff, First Class! Thanks to Paul Davey and the Team at West Heath - very happy customer!

It was bank holiday,and we went to pick our BMW up.
We really do appreciate the chap was on his own and busy.The handover was all done quickly lindoors,The car hadn’t been valeted inside so for that I would have expected a small bit of comprise/gesture from garage In some way maybe!
But overall,fuel especially,everything was fine,car seems fine also,it’s just observation not complaining.Thanks

Was a fantastic experience. We arrived at site welcomed by olly. He went and got car from compound. Car was nicely presented got a good price on part ex.
Car was serviced and new cambelt fitted as was due all with in sale price. Collected car on date scheduled it was all re valeted and transaction was smoothly finished off by olly.
Would highly recommend to any one.
I know he is a trainee at the moment but a fantastic guy.

Good car, brakes a bit iffy
Good car on the whole. Drives well, like the colour, garage fairly easy to deal with. Brakes are iffy (squeaky/less responsive than expected) despite service/garage inspection.
