Very happy with the car and service. I would recommend to anyone. The warranty leaves a lot to be desired tho. £40 ph labour Max payout if you were to need it. Maybe in the 1960’s but VW now £150 ph

Easy buying experience.
Bought a nice little Mini as a Christmas present.
When I turned up at the dealership to view the car it was wearing a price ticket £1000 more than in the Auto Trader advert. 😳 I went a head and inspected the car anyway.
When I went back into the showroom I asked the salesman if he could bring up the Auto Trader advert. It showed the lower price. Now some salesmen might have reacted differently when this was pointed out but Jason was dead straight. He simply pointed out that the car was originally for sale at the higher price. But he did say I could pay the extra £1000 if I really wanted to 🤣.
The car was checked , MOT’d and ready for pick up 2 days later. 👍🚘
On the downside, watch the step between reception and the showroom. It’s not very obvious and a bit of a trip hazard! ⚠️

Great car, great service
Found the car via auto Trader and put in an offer. Got a call back from Fedz within 15 minutes. He helped with information and filmed a walk round for me. The car arrived the same day and was as good as expected. All in all a very good first experience of buying a car on-line for me.

Jason (Jay) was fantastic in communicating with me prior to coming down to Loughborough to view (and buy) the car. Answered any questions I had and reassured me that himself and his dealership were happy with the finance company I had chosen to secure the sale of the car with and was happy with their procedure of transferring the funds once I had viewed the car and was happy with it. Jason even arranged for their operations manager to pick me up from the train station and drive me to the dealership (which was very welcome after a 3 train trip down from Glasgow at 5:45am! 😃). Very happy with the car, 8 months MOT and 3 months warranty, excellent service! My only small issue was that there was no floor mats with the car, apart from that I was extremely happy!

Fantastic service
I found the car I have been looking for but it was miles from where I live. I was sent a recording of the vehicle from all angles and it was delivered to me. Fantastic car and fantastic service from start to finish. Great way to buy - and my old car was taken away in part exchange.

Great customer service
Very friendly customer service. We were allowed to wander around and look at cars without feeling pressured, we were left to inspect open cars at our own pace and were able to go on a test drive straight away. Purchase was very swift without hiccups and after sales service is accessable and quick to sort out a minor issue.

Yet again I am over the moon with the service I have received today from Fedz and the lads at parkland motors everything is so efficient and effortless and nothing is too much for them. I arrived last week looked around a lovely seat Leon to which I fell in love with at no point was I pushed or pressured to make a decision I was left to my own thoughts. I have now had my last 5 cars from them and every time is a pleasure. They are very welcoming and make me feel like a close friend. Car purchase made with ease
My partner and I spotted a car we loved at Parkland Motors and sent a message to Parkland, the next day I had a call and a text to advise the car was still available, we popped down later that day to view the car with the family and took it for a test drive. The show room is so clean and all staff are really friendly.
We decided to go ahead with the purchase with no pushy sales tactics.
Jason at Parkland was great, the car was ready for us to with up the very next day, within 48 hours of viewing the car online we were driving it home.
Would recommend Parkland Motors to anyone looking for a new car, all are kept really clean on site too which is brilliant.

A great buying experience.
Jason of Parkland Motors answered all my questions and did all he could to show me the car in the dark under spotlights - nothing was too much trouble!. I was more than happy when I saw the car in daylight and took it for a test drive. However on the 100 mile drive home I discovered a minor fault, but this was quickly resolved when Parkland Motors asked me to take it to my local garage for diagnosis and repair and they would foot the bill - which they did immediately. I am more than satisfied with my 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV and have no hesitation in recommending Parkland Motors as a friendly, honest, and reliable motor trader. 👍🏿😊

After seeing the car online I called parkland motors and some to Feds who I have to say was so helpful. I live over 100 miles away and he quickly sent me a walk around video of the car inside and out and sent me all the service history and any relevant information about the car. After purchasing he even arrange for the car to be delivered on a Sunday. The car was as described. Excellent service from start to finish.
